I had a coupon code and was told I couldn't use it and that is a regular problem with pandora along with understaffed stores and bad customer service has lead me to stop wearing my jewelry that I have spent good money on

No one spoke to us when we came in we asked for help from a young lady that had just been standing around we didn’t know she even worked there until we asked her she had no personality & didn’t talk at all very much on mute mode since my husband was set on buying a charm we stayed but I was ready to go because the atmosphere was weird she seemed awkward no smile didn’t seem interested that’s all

I was not satisfied with this Pandora experience because I was not greeted, in fact I was ignored from the employees when I went in. They would not have talked to me if it weren’t for me asking to see a ring size. A few more people came in the store and they were helped out immediately. When checking out, they seemed annoyed and it left me feeling kind of sad I was treated this way.

The charm I got for the bracelet did not fit because the hole was bent out of shape & no store had the same charm in stock.

I'm black, myself and another female customer came in at the same time. The Male associate was helping a customer when we arrived. After around 3 minutes another female (white) came into the store. The female associate walked past us and said I'll be with you two in just a minute as if we weren't there first.
