I was to pick up charms for a Christmas gift. Plus I had questions regarding my prior purchase in another store. The sale clerk was super patience, kind, good listener plus corrected the errors on the sales receipt and completed my exchange. When completing the processes she had kind words for the person of the prior visit.

The store was beautiful and the employees were very friendly and kind.

The customer service was great. Everyone was polite and very knowledgeable. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I showed the lady what I was looking for and she went and got every charm I was looking for within two minutes
