I walked in with my charms in mind I was goi g to buy, one the store did not have but the sales associate was glad to put me in a wait alert list. Which I was happy with. I chose 3 charms and got the free bangle and the sales associate helped me choose between a couple by placing them in the bangle to see what one I liked more. She was super helpful and nice.
