Saturday was the day before Mother's Day, and the store was very busy. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, our name was taken and we were told that someone would be with us in about 10 minutes. We were given a booklet of available charms to look through, and within 10 minutes, a representative was present to serve us. She obtained the charms we were interested in, showed them to us, and we picked out the two that we liked best. The entire transaction was handled very smoothly and professionally. Most importantly, Mom loved them. We also learned how, and the best time of day, to take advantage of complimentary bracelet cleaning. Very impressive from beginning to end.

The Associate Katie was knowledgeable. She was very helpful and had great suggestions. I didn’t know what I was going to get, and she was very patient with me. I can’t thank her enough.
