I like that the associate knew where the two charms was that I was looking for. Associate was very nice and helpful. There was a lot of different charms to choose from while searching for the charm I wanted.

She was knowledgeable and was open about rings she thought would appeal best to my girlfriend. She even took the time to look through records to track down the ring size I needed from a previous purchase.
