Helped with my exchange of a new bracelet, as mine had a broken clasp. Also, returned a duplicate gift that I received. I put the return towards a new bracelet.

It was a very pleasurable experience. The warmth, genuine friendliness and atmosphere was great. The attendant was very personable as well as the comradery was a good thing to see.

I was buying a charm my mom and dad picked out for me. I was very happy that they had the one they liked.

The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jordan went above and beyond to help me find a charm that worked within my budget but that was also very pretty. They also had a wide variety of charms to select from.

Thus giving us a selection to choose the perfect gift for my mother in law. The staff was super sweet and extremely helpful.
