Each time I visit the store, the sales reps are extremely friendly and and work to assist each customer in personal way by taking the time to hear needs and likes of jewelry.

They were all very friendly. I didn't know anything about pandora jewelry so the clerk mind educating me.. Her name is Lauren. After that first visit I went back three times to buy more gifts. I love Pandora charms now. I will be buying one for myself.

Our salesperson, Miranda was super friendly and helpful. She had endless patience while we tried different combinations of petite charms in the floating locket necklace we were purchasing! She also asked questions about the person we were selecting our gift for and made suggestions of charms we should try. It was our first time in the store and she made it a fun and enjoyable experience for us!
