The sweet girl who helped me was so patient! I came in file a specific item and added another charm, but wasn’t sure what I wanted, she asked who it was for Nd helped stear me toward the perfect one for my daughter!

Bought gift for friend I was with. While she was checking out, a different sales associate, charmed me into buying a silver ring for my 14 year old niece. I didn’t know what all the high school girls liked! She was so sweet and friendly - and beautiful! I think my niece will be thrilled and a fan of Pandora for a long time.

Salesperson Lacey was awesome in greeting us as soon as we walked in with a smile. She was very helpful when my husband asked her about the different bracelets and charms. The bracelet we purchased was very beautiful.
