The salesperson was very helpful. They did not have the charm in stock that I wanted. She tried to get it from another store but there was a phone problem. She helped me find a suitable replacement choice for my granddaughter and she loved it.

This visit was to start a gift, now I'm going to start my own Pandora journey!

The sales staff were so helpful in assisting me with my questions and were able to fix my bracelet for me. I thought I may have broken the clip but the sales manager fixed it. San was wonderful as a sales associate as well - very helpful and knowledgeable.
