Jess was extremely nice and personable. She even cleaned my Pandora bracelet while I was looking around the store.

I visit this location quite often, and the sales associates are always friendly, and willing to assist. I never feel rushed, or pressured to make a selection, or complete my purchase. I am made to feel immediately at ease upon entering the store, even when they are busy.

The sales associates were phenomenal, engaging, and knowledgeable! This was my first time back in a store since before the Pandemic and it was certainly worth the personal interaction. I absolutely love my bracelet now with the additions I made, based on the associates recommendations. She took the time to ask the questions to find out what was important to me and what I wanted my bracelet to represent. Toccara did an awesome job!!!!

The small staff was very friendly and responsive and tried their best to provide the merchandise but did not have the key to unlock the only one available in the display case so they are having it shipped to me from another store. I have not received it yet but expect no problems

Today, there was no line at the store. I walked right in and got service. It says associate was very friendly and patient while I decided what I wanted.

The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful picking out a gift for my granddaughter. She was very knowledgeable with the merchandise. She made the transaction enjoyable with her over knowledge of the product.
