I love my items that I purchase at the store. The sales representative (Tocarra) was on point with her knowledge of items. My mother day gift(s) are very pretty with my bracelet.

I was looking for a skate charm and was informed you do not carry a roller skate charm. I was interested in a lock and key charm but they only had one in store and didn't know when or if they would get another in any other color. The stock was low and what I wanted based off of what I seen online was not available in store.

Sales associate was super nice but didn't seem to know the promotion well. I was also told that the promotion on the Pandora website for the buy a bracelet get 3 charms for a certain price was not enforced in store and all associates seemed very unsure of how to process this deal. I actually thought about leaving and just ordering online but this was my daughters first bracelet and charms and I wanted her to have the in store experience for her birthday.

It not about the employees I think it should be more promotion for the customer that shop a lot I feel if you always spending your money the they should come up with things to accommodate you with almost like a Kroger plus card you get points or pandora money along with the survey it should be more thought out in about the customers

I was at the store looking on a Tuesday and went back Thursday and the price had went up $10.00 , I had took a picture on Tuesday and the manager did honor the price I had prior to the price change two days prior .

I called several times with the number listed on the Facebook page but no answer only a recording. I drove 30 miles to make my purchases. The number should be updated.
