Packages were not gift wrapped

The store was hot as if they had no AC. The sales associate somehow forgot to give me the charm I picked out. It was a birth stone for my mother's birthday gift.

Just not enough workers the day before Mother's Day. However they were very organized greeting everyone at the door.

I went in due to the advertisement of spend $150 receive a free bracelet but according to the rep they were sold out the day prior.

The charm I wanted for a graduation gift was unavailable. The salesperson was unaware of my selection, so I settled for something else.

My experience at Pandora was great! Everyone was so nice and I had been in there twice before I actually made a purchase to solidify what I wanted. The only thing that sucked was the variety of charms to choose from and when I got my free bracelet I was told there were only two sizes left and that it couldn’t be exchanged which sucked because it’s a tad bit small.

Charm selection. I was disappointed there wasn’t a bigger variety. I was also disappointed the company doesn’t do number charms.

It was my first time in an actual Pandora store, I normally avoid the long lines but to my surprise I was able to walk right in and it was just a small wait. Being greeted when we walked in definitely made me wait to be served.

Was greater and helped right away. She helped with finding what we wanted and putting it on for us.
