The sales associate was very helpful and showed us new merchandise available for purchase that we were unaware of. She seemed to have knowledge on what she was selling

The prices that was visible on the charms I picked out were different from what I was charged. I pointed that out to the associate and she said they can’t do anything about it and would fix the issue later

I was very satisfied with my service but there is always room for improvement. An error was made on my return item and I will have to return for adjustment.

I’ve had issues in the past so I’m just cautious on if I’m going to have an issue this time. The sales associate was super nice and helpful though.

I asked for the Letter " A " charm, unfortunately when I got home and looked in the box I had the letter "F" charm. Not blaming anyone,: I should have checked it myself.

Have a Pandora Credit Card account and it kept declining card and I have less than $200 balance, so I had to use another form of payment.

One of the rings were not available but they were able to find another store who could ship the item to the store.

The reason I was not highly satisfied is because I came there looking for a specific charm (baseball charm) to celebrate getting engaged at a baseball game. Yet it is no longer available. The sales person found me another charm as a substitute for the baseball one but I left disappointed that you did not have the charm I was looking for!
