Some items on display in pictures in the store were not available for purchase inside the store or weren’t in stock on location. If I have to wait for an item I may as well order online in stead of visiting this location.

The COVID protocol was really nice I felt safe and the customer service is always nice

It was hot in the store and I had to keep my mask up nothing that the store could do it just made my experience not so happy!

Many of the items I was looking for was not in stock.

1st off we asked for sale items and the lady stated the 50% sale is over which was fine then the lady standing to the other side brought us sale items she caught our drift because we didn’t ask for a specific sale which it wasn’t much left on that tray so now we want to just see other items she act like all she had was the two trays of nothing the associate brought us multiple trays one at a time where we ended up finding pieces that we wanted and we left happy with a total of 5 charms between the two of us can’t wait to return

Its not the store i was just tired if anything the staff were bery welcoming and helpful and amazing so it was a good experience.

I just love what pandora offers in jewelry and the girls are always so nice

They didn’t have the size Of one of our purchases

Great experience overall due to their attitudes and helpfulness. Good amount of products still in stock so close to Christmas. The store was also very clean.

First off, if a sales rep approaches me when I first walk in the door, I feel like that sales person needs to complete the sale. I didn't like it that another person just walked up and stole that young lady's sale. I fought with myself because I should have spoken up, but that will never happen again...if it does, I will buy somewhere else.
