4 employees in store & 1 at the door. At one time there were 6 people in store with a sign stating limit of 10 people in store. We waited over an hour outside before even getting onto the store. Also we had to wait on people who had signed up on list then went elsewhere to shop while waiting....3 names went into store while we waited first in line. It wasn’t a couple of minutes wait either. They should have waited in line with the rest of us....or have only been a couple of minutes away.

I placed an order online and the charm I purchased didn’t specify it was a petite charm so I had to return the item and find something else.

I had my three bracelets cleaned while shopping and they were not cleaned very well.

I brought 3 bracelets to be cleaned. They were done very quickly which was nice. They were not cleaned well. They were still tarnished.
