Charms are overpriced. Store did not have availability of many items I was interested in (all letters of the alphabet), all zodiac sign charms, and need a wider variety of themed charms (love, flowers, relationship...)

Everything in the store was really clean and I was very satisfied with the service. Very satisfied with the sale of the what I purchased. I wasn't sure if you repair jewelry that is broken and sales agent didn't mention it when I told her that I had broke my necklace. So I purchased another.

I received an e-mail that because it was my birthday I could get 10% off but it said on line. Why couldn’t I use that in the store. Seems dumb and angered me. I needed to get the one item right away. Don’t make it difficult to use the small reward

They tried to sell me a bracelet that would have been to small and finally before i left i told them this is too tight i want a bigger one and they finally agreed

The only reason that I am not giving a Highly Satisfied experience is the lack of thoroughness by the associate. When I would ask a question about an item or inquire about available options, I was given one to two word answers. It seemed as though the associate was concerned with finishing with me as quickly as possible to move on to the next customer.
