The store had moved which was still located in the shopping area however, the parking was very inconvenient and I think the salesperson was new and was not aware of where some of the charms where located she needed to ask another sales person where certain items where located and that became a bit annoying in my opinion.

I was welcome with open arms as I walked in. The sale association was so helpful. I will recommend this store to family and friends.

The experience was fine but I just went in to purchase a gift card on this visit. The clerk that helped me ended up needing to ask someone else how to do it but I went in, got what I needed and left.

They did not have exactly what I wanted. I had to settle for something a little different. Overall it was a good experience.

The sales associates were in the back upon me entering the store. The pink Pandora shirt did not look presentable on then..to big for each person.

The store quality and saleswomen were excellent. I do not think that a single charm is worth $65, however. $38 for the bracelet was acceptable but ONE CHARM should not set me back nearly $70.

On the weekend before mothers day (not this occurrence), I walked into this store knowing exactly what product I wanted. When I arrived I was told by an associate that I needed to be added to the wait list, and my wait would be over an hour. I told her I was ready to check out, and that I knew exactly what I needed. However, she still told me I needed to come back. I was frustrated because while others were only looking, I was ready to buy. I went to occasionally yours down the street and was helped by them instead. The most recent time I shopped at this store though, it was empty and I was helped right away. The associate was friendly and helpful. However, that first experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
