It's not that the experience wasn't great, but Highly Satisfied is such a strong use to describe something. My experience was great and the store did s greatcjob on servicing me. I would give them a 10.

The sale that was advertised was not available. The sales associate did take time to put something else together, but it was not at the sales price. I was very disappointed in the marketing strategy.

The size of the ring I wanted & needed was not available in store. Did not want to order, chose a different (but similar) ring from what I wanted. Also, I have a long ‘smooth snake’ necklace that I purchased a few years ago. Wanted a shorter one (18”) like it. But the associate & her manager said they didn’t have a flexible one anymore.

More selection ! I wanted two of the same rings to stack but only had one in my size . They did offer to order but did not want to wait.

I came to your store at the old location. We saw the sign closed and moved to the new location. We went there looking for the item I found online, the Friendship bond bangle. From the morning we went to the Occassional Yours but they cannot purchase online item for Pandora but they were so helpful. Whereas the Beavercreek location, didnt even knew the bracelet was sale online. Insisted its 95 dollars where its shows online 75 dollars. Knowing you are asian and looking poor, sales treated you like cant afford. But I only purchased twice here as a gift for my babysitters.
