Initially we walked in the store, there were a total of 4 associates on the floor. Two were already helping other customers. The other two associates were behind the counter at the rear of the store. They didn't acknowledge us or offer assistance. A lady and boy walked in the store with a dog and the two associates, that were not assissting customers went to the back, then returned to the floor and proceeded to enteract with the lady and the dog. My sister and I stood patiently until my sister became frustrated and stated that we were waiting for assistance. The associate became frustrated and displayed attitude. The lady with the dog did not purchase anything. The associate, Chelsea appoligized for her attitude. We did make a purchase.

I was bummed that the sale was Monday only. Most places have chosen to make the sale not only Monday but all week. I wish Pandora had. Disappointing.

There was a sales associate helping us, but other associates came over at different points to assist us. The associate helping us was more than competent and helpful. It was not necessary for others to come over.

Most times I order online and when I do not, I go to the store knowing exactly what I want to purchase. I expect that your associates work on a commission basis and I understand that, but once I have shown no interest in purchasing anything else at that time, I would request that they stop trying to push for more sales. Many times this discourages me from visiting the stores in person.

I wish there were more bead choices for weddings and families. I wanted to get a bead for my new mother in law but there were none that said it. There also weren't any for step-kids/parents or for Maid of Honors, etc. The only bridesmaid choices were "bridetribe" beads.

The sales assistance was very friendly, she helped throughout my entire time in Pandora and even suggested the best design combination which might suited me. I had a great shopping in Pandora and will definitely be back to get my very own customized bracelet!

the service I received was highly personal and great. the associate concentrated on me. it made me feel really special. great experience

Only 2 sales people and I had to wait quite awhile to check out due to the fact the person I had was new
