Didn’t find similar charm I was looking for.

The only problem I experienced was the wait time. I understand it was a major sale going on but there were only 2 registers which made the wait time a lot longer. The staff were very friendly and had very positive attitudes given the amount of people that were in the store. I expected to wait but just not as long as I did.

Rings don’t come in1/2 sizes you have to buy the next size and it’s too big!

I think the prices of a lot of the product is over rated

Always seem to have to wait

The sales associate "seemed bothered" by us being there...I felt like we were hassling him by requesting to see a different tray of charms...The selection was very slim at the store too...And he never offered to ship anything, etc...Also I purchased 3 Eiffel tower charms at Christmas with buy 2 get 1 free...When I exchanged the item I was discounted the sale even though I was doing an exchange- I had to pay $10.00 extra even thought they were the same price so I really didn't get my full buy 2 get 1 free...I understand if I was trying to just return but I should have been given the full value in the exchange...

I came into the store and waited around just looking several minutes before spoken to. This hasn’t happened before. Once I was addressed I had excellent care.

There were a few charms I was looking for that were out of stock that were included in the sale so I could not get all the ones I wanted. They did not include enough ring choices in this sale.

This day must have been unusually busy. I waited over 40 mins to be helped. I was shopping for a birthday gift and didn’t find what I wanted. I was able to make a purchase and I plan on returning.

My daughter went in the day before to get her size we never purchased from pandora before the lady was rude and address my daughter with what’s up and gave her the wrong bracket size so the nxt day I went and mad a purchase and the measurements where wrong and I mad the purchase but what blew me as I told the manager at the store what happen she say it was her assistant like really .....
