the wait time for help was a bit lengthy. I realize the season but no one even said ill be right with you. maybe try a number system for busy holidays so everyone is away of their wait

The store was quite crowded. An associate took customer's names to be waited on, but they did not follow the list. Others were waited on and not in any order. I wasn't helped until, Olivia, who appeared to be in charge of the main cash register. Olivia was kind, helpful and very personable.

For this being Black Friday weekend with a special sale, I would have expected to see more than 2 sales associates working. I waited nearly 40 minutes to be taken care of.

First time purchasing... I was overwhelmed

I tried to get the San Diego charm through them because a store was closed when I was in San Diego. When I flew home, they tried to get the charm but the promised to get back with me. They did after I called to ask. They never followed up with me again. This is beyond their control but they should be able to get the city charm for me or your California store should be able to charge, over the phone, and send it to my home. I would be willing to wait for them to get their money before sending it. I am not sure that anything could have given them a highly satisfied unless they went above and beyond to complete a sale.

The sales associate was chomping on her gum. She was friendly but seemed to not know very much about the prices of the charms or where to find them in the book. Maybe she was just new.

It was a long wait

I thought I was the for the earring or ring special that ended yesterday.

Madisen provided excellent customer service and displayed professionalism with a smile.

This is not a store that I would shop at everyday...its more of a special occasion type of place
