Was not offered a gift box. I had to ask for one and I had to pay $5 for it. Felt rushed. Did not get to see a large selection of charms which really upset me.

I've purchased several charms for a Pandora bracelet over the years - always been a good experience. However I purchased the letter "E" and found that the design of the charm was flawed such that it hangs backwards on the bracelet. It seemed like user-error at first, but eventually I had to admit that the charm is just poorly-designed. We took it to the store and suggested that maybe ours was an anomaly, but the sales person confirmed it's an error, and nothing can be done about it. It's not the end of the world, but it definitely feels strangely low-quality.

I really just wanted time to look around and find something I really liked. However, the associate made it a little uncomfortable and almost made me look at jewelry that I didn’t want to look at. I wanted to look at rings and she took me to bracelets after I said that because of the deal going on now. I was highly unsatisfied

Not enough workers during the busy holidays. The selection wasn’t what I expected. I wanted a different owl but wasn’t available. Also, not enough rose gold charm selections. I wanted the elephant in rose gold.

I went in for a bracelet that my husband was going to buy for me. I purchased a bracelet and didn’t receive case or shopping bag. Now I don’t have the case in case I want to take it off.

Made a purchase for birthday gift and they did not have any bags so I had to go to another store to purchase a goft bag to present her gift in a non Pandora bag which wasn’t what I planned on.

My experience with this Pandora store unfortunately wasn't great. It's not entirely the employees' fault because they are extremely busy in the store. I just left dissatisfied because it was my birthday and I wanted my bracelet cleaned and they told me they didn't have time to do that.
