The manager was overbearing when the sales associate was trying to assist me. Also the the manager offered to wrap my gift and it looks like a 2 year old wrapped it. Very tacky and unprofessional.

I told the sales attendant One Of ?my trinklets broke and she says as I did not have it she would not replace it. I have known others in the past have had theirs replaced It must have been loose for my bracelet and it was a heart Trenck let .If it was not for my niece birthday I would not have stayed and purchase a gift .She was very rude

This experience was not as good as it normally is. I wear a lot of Pandora jewelry and spend a lot on it, yet the associate, while helpful and polite, seemed like she’d rather I not have come in.

I have had the same charm replaced, for breaking off in the same place, everytime. I bought another charm, same design, and it broke in the same place. I took them both in with me today, and they would not replace either of them. I am very disappointed.

On a previous visit I ordered a bracelet and the store in Columbus, Ohio sent the wrong size but the sales associate went way above to ensure that I was happy!

I purchased the Pandora Princess ring in September of 2016 and I have never had any problems with the ring. I purchased a new forever love ring last night and immediately put the ring on. It took me about an hour to get home and within that hour of wearing the ring it had turned my finger green. I was under the impression that this ring was made of the same material, but apparently it was not. This will not turn me away from Pandora, I absolutely love the store and the jewelry, I am just highly dissatisfied with this purchase and will be returning it within the next week.

I feel like the setup is about herding cattle in and out of the door and there is an expectation from the associates that there should be a quick purchase and done. Today was much better than usual with Miranda, but I'm instinctively not trusting about building the long-term relationship with a salesperson. Sometimes I would like to be able to browse without the hard sell.

I was looking for a charm of the state of Ohio and the one I was shown barely allowed me to recognized that it was for Ohio. I do not know if Pandora has an Ohio charm that looks like the shape of the state of Ohio but it would be nice if it does.
