I have been a happy Pandora customer more than twenty years, and have enjoyed knowledgeable professional service - until now. The new hires are not prolific with making the customer feel good about the purchase. As a customer, I want to feel I've made a good decision at customizing the bracelet (or other jewelry) to suit me. In the past I always left the store feeling as though I've collaborated with a friendly professional to purchase something especially suited for my wishes. Yesterday, I left feeling the saleswoman was just glad to make a sale and then be rid of me. Although I have spent more than $2,000 on Pandora bracelets in past years, I will not return. I know of other jewelers with better customer service.

Every suggestion my husband made was discouraged. The sales associate was a little rude and wanted me to buy more expensive things.

Over a 45 minute wait, the customer before us purchased something that needed to be put together. Why not have the customer (in this case 4 others with them) move so items can be seen. From greeting to paying I took 3 minutes, $210.00 purchase. The customer before 45 minutes and purchased $57.00, plus blocked the case with the charms I wanted to view. Second, I asked why you don’t receive a survey for online orders, the person in front of us had a $10.00 survey coupon? She didn’t know, I guess it because it’s saved you time waiting in a warm retail store. Lastly, don’t tell me there’s a military discount after I spend $210.00, not to mention the $90.00 online or the original purchase. In 45 days I have spend $580.00 on your items, the service just get worse worse…

The store didn't honor the promotion of a free bracelet with purchase thst been advertised everywhere. They told me it was online only, I get home and it clearly says online and instore

I went in there to spend $325 to get the free bracelet to find out that the bracelet wasn’t available which I was highly upset because that’s why I want to start a new charm bracelet for my mom

I purchased a bracelet on sale before Christmas and was given the wrong size. We went to exchange it after Christmas. The posted time to open was 10 AM but we stood outside in a line with several other customers until 11 AM and then got told about 10:45 we open at 11 AM. Once inside we went to talk to Symur about the exchange, She got us a new bracelet in the correct size and we purchased a few other items. I had the receipt emailed to me. I questioned the total but was told I got the sale on one item and the price of the new stuff, never was I told I had to pay the difference of the bracelet since it was not on sale now. I saw on my receipt she returned the first one and then charged me full price for the new bracelet instead of an even exchange. I contacted online support because the store is not really that close just to drive back and was told there was nothing that could be done. So I guess you got an extra $20 out of me but I will be hard-pressed to ever purchase again from you.

When asking about a bracelet I felt the sales associate gave false information about the price of the bracelet when I asked. Because when I left the store and actually looked at receipt bracelet was more than what was quoted

Sales person actions were very racist she never let me see more than one item at a time until I told her I wasn’t there to steal anything I wanted to compare items to choose what I wanted
