Sales associate was no help at all when I asked about charms for my bracelet. I again asked as I found very little and her response was they are in the draw which was behind the case she was standing in. She did not offer to get any out or offer to help on anyway. I left the store quite annoyed.

Sales associate who assisted with phone order did not pay attention to what I asked. I placed an order over phone and asked to shop for other pieces when I came. My understanding was that I could at 12pm when she asked me to arrive. I understand do you Covid we operate under different circumstances but sales associate was not professional and was rude. When I arrived she told me I wasn’t on the list, assisted other women who arrived after me. When I brought it to her attention she told me to wait my turn because she needed more Information from me. I should have been assisted FIRST since I arrived before the other person who did not have an appointment. When I explained I thought I had an appointment she started talking over me and asked me if I wanted to purchase or not as if she was annoyed. Very dissatisfied with this sales associate

Upon checkout, after seeing marketing materials advertising 35% off everything as well as being told numerous times by our sales associate the discount applied, we were told the 35% did not extend to over half of the items we selected. This was after a 45 minute wait, and nearly 30 minutes of selecting items. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. I’m disappointed by how the cashier (someone different than our sales person) ultimately explained the situation and disheartened by what appears to be a shady sales tactic of misinforming consumers. We were going to buy over half of the new Harry Potter set but decided to abandon those items.

I will be coming back to Pandora for the product I had at first I needed to exchange it twice because it was defective. Then I exchanged it for another product that seems to be defective

I came to this location with a picture and product number for the item I wanted. The associate gave me another item, similar but different. I didn’t realize it was the incorrect item until I realized how much more expensive it was. I was told to return the item and exchange it for the correct one, but I wouldn’t receive my money back/difference for another 3-5 business days. No manager available to speak with me. Very irritating

The process has changed since last time I visited the store. The charms are harder to locate. The sales associate didn't know exactly how to help us find the charms. During the check out process, the associate took a VERY long time to locate the merchandise barcodes so we could pay for our purchases. It was very cumbersome, and made us wonder why they wouldn't include a barcode in the case, with the merchandise to make it easier to check out. All of the associates in the store were extremely friendly, and wanted to help out, and I was very happy with the staff. The problem is the process, not the staff. As a result of this experience, I will not be shopping at the Pandora store again. Thanks!

The salesperson sold an item and the next day the item went on sale for Black Friday. I asked them to honor the Black Friday sale. They indicated they could not tell me the item would be on sale the next day. They were more focused on moving to the next store and getting all new items in that store. This was my first time buying and last.

I was shopping for my daughter at the Greene location in Beavercreek. I waited 40 minutes for help. Once u finally received help. I was told they had recently had a few workers quit.

Saw price in showcase and brought the item it ring up wrong price ask for price difference and basic told either buy it or dont

My bracelet came loose, fell off on the driveway and it got crushed with the the charms. An employee was helping but store manager was rude and refused to replace charms that got destroyed dur to a defective bracelet.
