i wish you would sell beads with Marine emblems or firefighter or police. You don't have any beads with first responders and you need to sell those.

I picked out a bracelet and two charms two weeks before Christmas. Afterwards, we noticed on the receipt that we were charged for three charms instead of two. We went the day after Christmas to have this credit used for a new charm as well as exchange one I bought. The sales associate and manager said they couldn’t allow us to use the credit that was their mistake in the first place because they didn’t believe we didn’t actually get a third charm. She said she would have to review camera footage and get back to us. We did not want to leave and come back, so she finally decided to review it right then. After about a half hour of stalling she finally “found” it and said she couldn’t tell from the footage and had to get back to us. I still didn’t want to leave because of their mistake so she decided to talk to the sales associate that had helped us two weeks ago and she told the manager we were correct. Then the sales associate that helped us didn’t include our exchange and tried to say we owed $70 more dollars when we actually were getting $11 back because of the exchange and credit mistake.

The process for paying for my purchase was ridulous. There were many sales associates available to help with customers but one person doing the check out. I had to fill out a complete form that was then taken to the back and I stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to get to my item being held at the register. There were only three people ahead of me in line.

They told me they had the bracelet then they didn’t. They wanted me to buy wrong size and return it to a different store. They said they could get the bracelet at the store but not till next week. There was no other customers in the store . Why not then !
