The sales representative Tia was very helpful in identifying what I needed for my gift. She asked asked that led me in the right direction and she offered items that she thought would go well together. I was offered the engraving pieces as well which made my gift all the more special. I was also told about future sells deals and the survey once my purchase was completed as well as the payment options on jewelry to maximize my purchase!!! Overall this was a great experience.

Everyone was very friendly and had great suggestions I had no idea were even available. Had a charm monogrammed while I waited. Purchased more charms and got the free bracelet. ONLY PROBLEM IS I CAN'T GET IT OFF !! ITS THE HEART BRACELET AND THE CLASP WONT RELEASE.....I'll have to travel back to the store for help I guess

They explained every thing to me. They let me try more than one bracelet to see how it fits on my hand. And made sure I was happy
