The girls were amazing! I called in and asked if they had some clips and she was more than willing to hold them! They were sooo very friendly!

The sales person had so much patience. I know I am a little picky customer, but still she had so much patience and polite. She didn't make me feel guilty. I was able to shop comfortably for an hour. She was very sweet.

This was my first Pandora purchase. Tocarra walked me through the process, measured my wrist, showed me multiple types of bracelets, and let me take my time picking my charms. She then arranged them on the counter so that I could decide how i liked them before putting them on the bracelet. She then let me try the bracelet on with the charms to make sure I liked how everything felt.
