I was greeted immediately on arriving. The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me find what I was looking for.

I was able to find what I came in for and was introduced to other items based on the bracelet I already owned.

The professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of the sales person and her overall demeanor was highly noted and appreciated. Alot of times, sales people assume that you will be a waste of their time and won't approach you, but Emilia was top of the line great.
