The salesperson (Jessie B) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is neatly organized. They had a lot of different products in stock that I could look at and choose from.

Jessie was so sweet and patient while my mom and I looked for rings!! She was also able to assist us and other customers in the store quickly and efficiently despite it being fairly busy!!

Though there was a bit of a wait, Jessie was apologetic about the wait time. She answered all of my questions, very patient with my indecision and I left very pleased with my purchase. I also got approved for a credit card!!!!

I experienced great customer service. A Very friendly attitude of the sales person. Speed of service was great.

The associate was focused from the moment I walked in to help me build a bracelet that represented me and what I wanted it mean. She showed me multiple trays and put them on a bracelet so I could see the layout . The experience meant as much to me as the bracelet .
