Our customer service person, Cevyn, and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the shopping experience fun. My friend and I were shopping for our daughters. We are coming back again to get our Pandora bracelets cleaned and shop for new charms.

I was able to exchange fir the correct one there without having to send back and wait for the new one to arrive from the original place of purchase. All the sales associates were friendly and helpful. All very nice and made my shopping experience so much nicer. The girls made suggestions but were not rude or pushy.
