I was very satisfied because the item I found online that I liked was in store, they also had many varieties of what I was looking for. The girls that helped me did an amazing job, and helped me find the perfect one! I’m so pleased with my experience!! I’m not a fan of high price stores but this one is definitely now my favorite store ever!!

I was easily able to complete an exchange from an online purchase. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and nice. And she built my bracelet for me so I could leave wearing it.
