This store was very clean, and right as I entered the store I was greeted by an associate. I had a general idea of what I was looking for, and the associates truly knew what they were talking about and helped bring my vision to life.

Excellent service from Jessie, without problem explained all about the different options to create our gift. Around 2hrs to complete our order with all the items we want (6) thanks for all

a sales associate was able to assist me when i entered the store. i was not required to wear a useless face mask nor were the employees masked therefore i could see their faces and clearly hear them speak.

I went in looking for specific pieces. The ladies helped me quickly. They sized my wrist and even found a bead that isn't carried anymore and polished it up for me.

I HAD TO RETURN A BRACELETT AND WAS VERY SATISIFED! THEY GIVE ME NO PROBLEMS

Major issue with a gift card and prior online chats/phone calls was told to go to the store to purchase. This was my second trip to the store - again experienced the same issue! The rep and store manager were amazing, patient and more importantly proactively resolved the issue for me.

It was amazing Jordan was really informative and also really help me choose the right charm for me. Associate Jordan took the time out to see what I want and narrow it down to what I was actually looking for for me to actually purchase my beautiful charm that I have now.

I had a wonderful experience! Holly was so helpful and patient as I tried on bracelets and looked for charms. She even found a charm for me that I thought was no longer available. I was just thrilled!

When my boyfriend and i walked in we were immediately greeted by marissa. she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the ring i wanted. when we left we both were highly satisfied with the purchase!
