Kearsten was very attentive and helped with problem solving my issue with my bracelet. She took the time and cleaned my charms and take on and off charms to decide which bracelet to purchase. Her enthusiasm and friendliness and knowledge was by far the BEST! I was having a coughing attack in the store and she went to get me a bottle of 💧...Now that's beyond customer service 🙃
