I was more than pleased with the workers there. This particular location did not have the specific charm I was looking for, as a result they called Occasionally Yours, which is in the same shopping center to see if they had it. Luckily they did! Although this store did not have the charm I needed, the mile they took to make sure I got what I needed, I appreciated it!

My sales lady was good to me her is Taylor at the beaver creek,Ohio store.

First of all while approaching the store the young lady was outside sweeping and she instantly stops what she was doing and she greets me and open the door for me. She follows up with a Good Afternoon how are you today and what brings you in. After telling her my problem she without hesitation fixes my problem and assisted me in other matters. She was truly awesome

Kearstyn B was so helpful during my visit. She is such a bright and lovely spirit, she really made me want to spend time with her in the store. She encouraged me to take my time to make sure I really loved what I ended up with. I will 100% be returning because of Kearstyn... what a lovely young lady to represent this store.

I was able to get into the store quickly, received immediate assistance, and it did not take a long time to complete my purchase.

Because they had everything I needed minus some letter charms but the staff was great friendly and professional and at some point I feel went above and beyond
