The over all visit was the best that I have ever experience. The store was so clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful with showing the merchandise and answering any questions I had.

The sales rep I had was so kind and phenomenal!!! She really helped out and gave incredible suggestions. Her name was Holly. Very pleasant, very helpful. Just an nice person to be around. Her recommendation for the Sister charm was perfect!!

I was undecided on several items. Made the purchase and then changed my mind. Despite my indecisiveness, Izzy G. was extremely kind, professional and patient. Her ideas regarding my selection were the items I purchased. Kudos to Izzy for great & outstanding customer service!!

I was very satisfied with the service that I received during my visit. Although, the store didn’t have the items that I was looking for Emilee was able to reach out to another store and have the items shipped to my house.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and my sales associate was both cheery an helpful. I bought bracelet charms as a gift and also had my bracelet cleaned. The associate called when the bracelet was ready, which was quick, and gave me a complimentary drawstring bag to store it in when I picked up. Thank you, Pandora for the exemplary service, as usual!
