Pandora Jewelry

This was my very first visit to a Pandora store and I was very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the store. I was promptly greeted by Jess upon entering the store and she was VERY helpful with helping me pick out my charms and find the best fitting bracelet! I was unsure of what charms that I wanted and she was so patient and showed me everything that I asked for.

I like pandora jewelry, and it’s quality. I have been looking at the jewelry on line for some time.

Went to Occasionally Yours store first. They did not have the charm I wanted but called local Pandora Store to see if they did. They did and agreed to hold it for me until I could pick it up. When I arrived at Pandora Store they very quickly prepared my purchase. Everyone was polite and helpful.

During the pandemic you can expect you have longer wait times. I came in, wrote my name on the list at the front and waited my turn. When I was called up for help I pretty much knew what I was coming in for, a gift. The associate, Taylor, was very nice, knowledgeable and great to work with. I am happy with the service received.

Kearstyn B was great. I loved having her as my agent. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She was quick and soooooooo helpful.

Very helpful in what kind of charms I was looking for Emilee was very friendly.

Associates were accommodation & pleasant & very helpful on the customer service call & in store visit.

Not everything was in stock

Izzy was very sweet and helpful. She was able to find the charms I was looking for quickly. She also sold me on a charm that I wasn't even looking for.

I was highly satisfied with the store and good service, they was able to answer every question to my satisfaction, I will return very shop to shop again.
