The only thing that dissatisfied me was that a few of the things I was interested in weren't available.

They sales associate had my items set aside, so when I came in to pick them up they were ready. Another sales associate was able to locate my credit card number since I forget to bring it with me. She also got my information for an item that needed to be sent to me from another location.

The customer satisfaction was very helpful and efficient. The employee representatives were polite and respectful. Everyone followed protocol procedures concerning the pandemic.

Pandora did not have item online. I called the local store to see if item was in stock there. Employee said unforentalty not, but offered to call other stores to see if it was in stock. Once they had found the item the called me back quickly and walked me through the online purchasing steps. great service.

Immediate service since I was the only one in the store. Friendly, knowledgable sales staff. Cleanliness and appearance of store.

I wasn't in the store one second before a associate helped me. She took her time to help me and paid attention to detail. She helped with a new purchase.

The associate Delaney was very nice to us. She asked who we were shopping for and asked questions to assist us in our decisions. Through her help, we were able to find some items that we had not initially come into the store with the thought of purchasing.

The clerk was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and did not hurry me. Had great suggestions for my bracelet with this being my first one. I love my bracelet and all my charms that I have bought and I also like the ease of getting in and out of store there in the greene.

The lady helping me was very knowledgeable which made my visit very easy and you had exactly what I was looking for.
