Even with the pandemic, the line outside to inside moved very smoothly. Was greeted promptly by an available associate. Her assistance was great during the process. Only complaint was light inventory even though It was day before Christmas.

While it is always a pleasant experience to shop at Pandora, this experience was among the greatest purchase experiences anywhere. Your team rallied with excitement to recommend and serve in a wonderful way. Together they organized to wrap each of the 30 gifts I purchased in assembly like fashion with excitement and quickly. It was a great time and they enjoyed it as well. Thanks to Delaney, Jordan, Emily and Abigail. Will return soon by Christmas.

I phone in my order and the young lady said it was in the store and available. The sales rep was very friendly ( all of them). Clean and well lit store.

Associate worked with me to find the items I was looking for. She was quite friendly and knew where to look to find items. Everything went very fast and I appreciated her knowledge of the items I purchased.
