Product was available and ready to pick up when I arrived. Was also able to look at additional charm that I will return and purchase

I had never been to Pandora and was not familiar with the product. The sales associate was very patient and knowledgeable to walk me through all the options.

the sales team were extremely friendly and helpful, we were given hands on customer service it was nice to be treated so special

Sales clerk was friendly, helpful even offered to clean my bracelet and add my new charm.

I wanted to give my daughter a special charm for her birthday the one I chose is adorable I had a lot of choices to choose from she will be pleased on her birthday

I liked that the sales person knew their merchandise. I dislike it when you ask a question and they don't know the answer and don't try to find out the answer. Iwish there were more sport charms. No cheerleader or Martial art.

I was highly satisfied with our visit because the store was extra clean and safe, the selection was enormous with items very visible and the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

They had one of the charms that I was looking for. It has been hard to find out locally and was very happy to find it.

The service was fast, friendly, and some of the styles I wanted was in stock.
