The sales associate Jordan was very friendly and helpful. Her willingness to show me multiple charms on a bangle to get the full effect was much appreciated. She also searched for purple clips for me as that is my favorite color. She went beyond my expectations and because her I will be back at this particular store.

She was more than happy to unwrap my previous purchase , wrap the new one without any hesitation! Can’t say enough about the young lady and how helpful and professional she was ! When I arrived to the Greene location shortly after opening, the store was pretty busy. The associates seemed to help the guest ahead of me pretty quickly without jeopardizing service. To my surprise, when Jordan got to me she was very friendly and pleasant, which was not what I had experienced before. No one was behind me so I didn’t feel pressured to shop quickly although I already knew what I was looking for. Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable. She didn’t force any items on me or get impatient with my shopping. She also took my 4 brackets to be cleaned without question. After ringing up my purchase, I told her that I would run to another store and come back to pick up my items after she gift wrapped them. As soon as I walked back into the store, she excused herself from working with another guest to give me my purchases and explained how I would know what was what. If I can shop with Jordan every time I shop at Pandora, I’m certain that I will be satisfied!
