I went to the store to exchange a damaged clip. This was the third clip of the same style I had to purchase, the first 2 fell off the bracelet and I was lucky enough to find the third when it fell off to take for repair or exchange. The sales associate was very apologetic for this and attempted to first fix the clip and not convinced that it snapped tightly, she exchanged for a new one and checked the other one on my bracelet for me to see if it snapped closed as expected.

The Pandora store at The Greene is my favorite. It is inviting and friendly with outstanding saleswomen. Love shopping here.

Every sales associate in the store was extremely nice, helpful , social distance was implied which made my shopping experience great!

The clip I wanted was not in stock and the associate offered to find one, which she did, and had it sent to my home.

I really enjoyed the customer service at this store. I thought it was very easy to find the ring I was looking for and the lady that helped me was awesome.
