Emilee was such a great help with my shopping experience! I was shopping for my grandmothers 75th birthday and I needed something that spoke to her personality and the sentiment of her special day! She was patient, accommodating, and very in tune with the desires that we had to make the charms selected memorable to and for her. She was great and a great asset to your team!

The manager working, Emilee, was so nice! She listened to everything I wanted and then gave me all the options I had and helped me decide which to choose. She wasn't flustered or overwhelmed and was taking her time with me and that showed me she really cared about customer satisfaction.

I loved how I was instantly greeted at the door. I told them I was looking for a bracelet and she instantly knew where to go. She showed me every option and was very knowledgable about all of the bracelet and answered all of my questions. she gave me insightful tips to keep it nice as well.

I return to the Pandora store today to add additional charms to the purchase that I made on the previous day. I knew what I was looking for, but needed to FaceTime my wife which allowed Jordan to show her several items which complimented my pervious gift purchase. Jordan was very helpful, patient and a pleasant sales associate.

i enjoy going into the store because i like to seeany new products that have arived. i have seven bracelets that i like to add new charms onto them. i have always liked jewelry and i love the extensive selection that pandora offers.

There were two ladies helping me with a gift purchase. They were very helpful and answered any questions and concerns that I had. This return was due to my mother already having the merchandise that I purchased.
