Great service

The customer service was excellent and I had a variety of necklaces and bracelets to choose from. The young lady who was helping me was so helpful. I wanted a bead for my mother and she suggested a engraved bead. I could not ask for a better idea and she helped me customize the engraving with my name and my brother's name. It turned out wonderfully.

The salesperson who helped me was excellent and she showed me different ideas and made my experience wonderful. I even had the option to get one of my charms customized. I will be visiting again soon.

Everything was great.. But, I was a little upset - I sent over 200 dollars and thought that I would receive my free bracelet - only to find out that she "sold" her last bracelet for the day. This was around noon. I understand that it is the holiday season, but also feel that if you should all a person to receive the bracelet at another date. Just my thoughts.

I enjoyed the customer service! I was greeted by a sales associate as soon as I entered the store. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the different types of bracelets and charms. She had some good suggestions and took time to talk about the different items in store.

The sales associate was amazing to work with. I need to exchange one of the items for a bigger size, but it wasn't available so she made great recommendations for a new product. I am thoroughly pleased.

The store was convenient to get to. The store was bright and inviting. The sales representative greeted me immediately. She was very helpful suggesting options. She advised of a free gift if my purchase was over a certain amount.
