I bought a Mickey Mouse charm and it pop off my bracelet. I explained it to the sales associate what happened and she exchange it without any problems. She took care of what I need during my visit.

I came into the store as soon as it opened. I told the sales associate what I was looking for and she gave me plenty of options I could choose from. She even showed me some new pieces that came into the store. The sales associates at the register that I worked with were very kind and nice to me. I loved the store and how it looked overall. Quick and easy.

Emilee had helped me once before in the past and she is always very nice and pleasant to work with. Despite the need or frustration of the customer, she keeps her cool and tries to do everything she can to make you happy.

My Pandora experience this evening was made highly satisfied by sales representative Hailey, who went above and beyond to show me availability of the Pandora charms in the Rose Color.

The items I purchased were good in quality and appearance. The sales associate was very helpful and pleasant.

Madison is the sweetest girl! She always has a smile on her face. She is definitely an asset to Pandora’s store and management team. I really wanted the Dumbo hanging charm. Madison offered to call me when she gets one! She helped me pick out a couple spacers to go with my new Labrador charm. She is always honest and not just trying to sell me a bunch of things. The best part is she always makes me laugh and cares about me as a person.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Great knowledge of all friendship charms available, which is what was looking for.
