I was greeted by an associate as soon as I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable of the jewelry she had presented based on my interests. All of the items I had reviewed were clearly high quality and gorgeous, I'm very happy with the purchases I made!

Staff was very attentive and helpful. My boyfriend does NOT shop, especially for jewelry but they were ready for all of his questions and guided him with exceptional service. I lost my previous Pandora bracelet the day my Papa passed away and have been wanting to get a new one, he went above and beyond and bought my replacement for my birthday last week. I have many charms i have my eye on and I hope to purchase in the future.

The store is always clean and the merchandise is displayed well. I always ask for Madisen to assist me with my purchases because she is fun, non-pressuring and has a good eye.

Madisen the salesperson helped me find a ring that was most delightful! I always enjoy going into Pandora because I love jewelry and I find Pandora pieces to be lovely and often are cute! I actually own eight Pandora bracelets, three rings and a necklace!

As soon as you walk in there is a brightness in the store. The display cases on the walls were very inviting and led me straight to what I wanted. The sales associate was great at helping me find the perfect gift for myself. Great experience overall.
