I came into the store to purchase a bear charm for my bracelet on the birth of my 2nd granddaughter to match the new already I owned. There were none in the store. Jade H, the sales person who assisted me found a Granddaughter heart charm to purchase as a substitute and I was very happy to do so.

I had came from occasionally yours, where they did not have my size available in the ring I have been wanting for months. I drove to pandora and went in 30 mins before close and the girls in there were so polite and helpful regardless of my arrival time. She was very patient with me and helped me set up an account. Also the ring I bought was cheaper than I expected! Great experience all around!!
