I had order the wrong product online and returned it to the store. It was so easy. Even though I got the product on sale on line the associate made is so easy to exchange and get what worked for my bracelet.

Madisen and her co-workers were able to find the right size of the Reflex bracelet I was exchanging for after checking what was out front and on display, they found one in their back room. This saved us from having to mail the bracelet in for an exchange as we do not have a Pandora store near us.

My daughter and I went into the Pandora store and it was very busy I’m sure because of us being there after Christmas. We did not realize that they were taking names because of this until one of the associates made an announcement (10 minutes after we had arrived). Once we were waited on the experience was wonderful. Emilee did an amazing job and she even took the time to rearrange all of my charms on my bracelet for me. No one has ever taken that kind of time with me. It made me feel like a very special customer.
