My husband and son bought the traditional bracelet, 2 glass balls and 3 sea themed charms as a birthday gift. Loved it all , but concerned about the size of the bracelet. I originally returned to exchange the traditional bracelet for a larger size. The associates agreed that a bangle style might showcase my new charms better, and my store credit exceeded the new bracelet so they suggested another glass ball. In our search, they even suggested a discounted charm that was on sale! Great experience with both associates and the manager!

I needed a retirement gift and Chelsea was a great help. She showed me many options. I tried on the new bracelet at her recommendation. Very nice. Really appreciated her wrapping all my gifts!

The store was very clean, displays were pleasing to the eye, Madisen, was my associate, OUTSTANDING. She was pleasant, informative, very articulate, knowledgeable of the products. I will return to this store, though there is one closer to me, due to Madisen. Great employee. and I love your product.

I knew what I wanted and told them my story of my bracelet. They did not try to sell me anything else. This was not the time for it. I was getting a charm for my pet that had passed away after being with me for 15 years. I appericiate that. The next time I go in they can try and more than likely will be able to have me walking out with another all new bracelet and charms.
