We were on a time crunch and we called ahead to see of they could have certain items ready to look as we already knew what we were looking for. They were extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. When we arrived they hadn't had time to gather the items because there were a few customers in the store which weren't in there when we called but as soon as they were available they stepped into action.

They workers were really nice and respectful. They helped me find a great item for a great price. They gave me great advice.

I had to return a bracelet that was too small. I exchanged it for a bigger size. That process was easy. Mackenzie did the exchange in less than a minute! I didn’t know it was that easy. Then she told me about the Pandora credit card. I applied & got approved instantly. I ended up looking a ring for myself & bought it with my new credit card. I also like that I was able to buy something without even having the card yet. That was very convenient.

I was pleasantly greeted by Samantha, the moment I walked into the store. Samantha was very helpful and accommodating. She helped me with my purchase and offered a great addition to make my look complete.

The ladies there were very helpful in helping me learn about my new bracelet, and how to properly care for it. They were very kind and gave their thoughts honestly. I am very happy with my purchase

Customer service was amazing. I was able to connect with the sales lady which help me choose what to get for my mother birthday present.

The sales associate who is the assistant manager was so kind and friendly and helped me pick out just what I wanted

They ladies at the store were very nice and welcoming. They had a lot of patience and help me fine exactly what I wanted.

The employees were phenomenal. I left my Pandora book at home and became agitated with myself because I had marked exactly what I was getting. The employees helped me find exactly what I was wanting. I'll definitely be shopping with Pandora in the near future
